The GALLUCCISHOES products and collections are shipped in Italy, in the European Union countries, in Canada, in Japan, in Russia, in the United States of America and in the United Arab Emirates through UPS, BRT or postal couriers. All prices include VAT.
Shipping is free in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City; € 15.00 in other European Union countries; 50.00 euros in Canada, in Japan, in Russia, in the United States of America and in the United Arab Emirates.
All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the discounted amounts are shown on the invoice. It is possible to check the progress of orders directly online by accessing the reserved area. Once confirmed and fulfilled, the articles can not be changed.
Once the ordering process is complete, customers will receive a summary of the order automatically via e-mail. Once the product has been shipped, customers can request the order tracking number by e-mail, which can be traced from the shipping company’s website (BRT and UPS for Italy and abroad), the requested time and a link to follow the shipment. In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the carrier or by the GALLUCCISHOES team.
Orders are shipped from GALLUCCISHOES, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next first working day (Monday). In the online shop:
– the product indicated as “available” will be processed and sent on average within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.
– the product indicated as “on request”, will be available in 3 weeks, since they will be produced specifically for the customer.
Regarding the delivery time from the shipping date, we estimate:
- for Italy and the European Union, 1-2 working days;
- for other destinations 4-5 days.
Orders may be delayed in delivery during the following holiday periods: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, week of August 25 December, December 31st.
INTERNATIONAL TAX AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the European Union there are no additional costs or customs duties on the products marketed. Customers will not have to pay anything for delivery. The same happens for other destinations, since it is all included in the delivery cost of € 50.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for successful delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the box appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are invited to immediately report the incident to the carrier and contact GALLUCCISHOES at firstname.lastname@example.org
All customers who place an order, start a business relationship with GALLUCCISHOES and then undertake to accept delivery of the package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, the recipient is always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to customer.
GALLUCCISHOES shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at destination, the insurance loses its validity.
