If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they may exchange the product or request a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in the order.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the self-service function available in your customer account or contact us by email at shoponline@galluccishoes.it. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
The withdrawal period of 14 days starts from the delivery of the last item in the order. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised within this period and before the product has been used or deteriorated. The integrity of the product and its original packaging are essential conditions for exercising the right of return.
A full monetary refund is always guaranteed upon receipt and verification of the returned product. As an alternative to a refund, the customer may choose one of the following options:
1) Size/colour exchange: exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, if available. The new product may be returned under the same terms.
2) Voucher: upon receipt and processing of the return, the customer will receive a voucher code for the amount paid in euros, to be used for future purchases. The voucher can be used only once within 3 months from the date of return; it cannot be combined with other vouchers or ongoing promotions; it must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value; it can also be used at the Gallucci boutique in Via Borgospesso 18, 20121 Milan (MI) or at the factory outlet in Viale 1° Maggio 15, 63813 Monte Urano (FM).
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the product (including any customs duties) to our warehouse, by courier or postal service, is exclusively at the customer's expense. Customers will be informed of this cost before completing their purchase. The shipping cost for the replacement product will be covered by Gallucci S.R.L.
Refund timing
The refund will be processed once the product has been received at our warehouse and its integrity has been verified. The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of delivery of the order.
