If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they may exchange the product, receiving a voucher/product or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Once approved, you will receive a notification via email. Send the product in the same condition as you received it. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a gift. It is understood that the integrity of the product code is an essential condition for exercising the right of return: products used and/or deteriorated following ordinary use will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the product (including any customs duties) to our warehouse, via courier or postal service, is exclusively at the expense of the customer. The shipping of the new product will be paid by Gallucci S.R.L..

Types of compensation available:

1) Size exchange: it is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different colour of the same item, if available. New requested product may be returned under the same terms.

2) Coupon/Product: as soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will receive a coupon code with the amount in euros, to be used for future purchases. It can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return; it cannot be combined with other coupons or current promotions; it must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value; it can also be used at the Gallucci boutique in via Borgospesso, n. 18, 20121 Milan (MI) or at the factory outlet, in Viale 1° Maggio, n. 15, 63813 Monte Urano (FM).

Refund

The refund will be made once the product is at the company and its integrity has been verified.

The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receipt of the order by the customer.

Thereafter, the order will not be eligible for a refund, but the customer may choose between a size/style exchange or a discount voucher (based on the order value) for the next purchase on our site.
