RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he can change the product, receiving a coupon / product or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return is allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to the customer. To proceed, follow the procedure below:

  • Contact Gallucci srl via e- mail to shoponline@galluccishoes.it
  • Once approved, you will receive an email notification.
  • Send the product in the same state that you received.
  • The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a gift.
  • It is understood that, the integrity of the product code is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of return: the used and / or deteriorated products as a result of ordinary use will not be reimbursed.
  • The cost of returning (also any duties costs) the product to our warehouse, either by courier or postal service, is exclusively charged to the customer.

The shipment of the new product will be at Gallucci srl’s charge.

Kind of compensation available:

  • Change size: it is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new requested product can be returned in the same way.
  • Coupon/Product: as soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will receive a coupon code with the amount in euros, to be used for future purchases. It can only be used once within 3 months from the time of return; can not be combined with other coupons or promotions in progress; it must be used entirely in order of equal or greater value; it can be used also at the Gallucci boutique in via Borgospesso, n.18, 20121 Milan (MI) or at the company store, in Viale 1 ° Maggio, n.15, 63813 Monte Urano (FM).

Refund
The refund will be made once the product is in the company and its integrity verified.

The return shipment must take place within 14 days from receipt of the order to the customer. 

After that, the order won’t be entitled for refund but the customer could choose between a size/style change or a discount coupon (by order value) to the next purchase on our website.
