Types of data processed - Navigation data

SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER
This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 – Civil Code, art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016, regarding the protection of personal data. The newsletter is sent via email to those who make an explicit request by filling out the form on the Site. Providing data is optional. Refusal to provide data will result in the impossibility of obtaining the newsletter.
Purpose of processing: personal data provided by users is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and will not be communicated to third parties.
Data processing methods: the collected data is processed by computer. Security measures are adequate to avoid loss of data, illicit or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access.
Data communication and transfer abroad: the newsletter is managed by Brevo group Sendinblue,a French société par actions simplifiée, whose registered office is located at 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 498 019 298. Sendinblue is doing business as Brevo. This company will process the data in accordance with these standards. Failure to provide data and its communication and provision, as specified above, will result in the impossibility of obtaining the newsletter.
Rights of interested parties: the subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, its processing.
