SHIPPING METHODS

Gallucci SRL ships products worldwide. All prices include VAT. Shipping is free within the European Union; €50 to Canada, Japan, Russia, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. All shipments include an official invoice stating the value of each item in euros. Discounted amounts are shown on invoices for sale items. Once confirmed and processed, items cannot be modified.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

After order completion, customers automatically receive an order summary via email. Once the product ships, customers receive a tracking code via email to monitor delivery progress.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped by Gallucci SRL Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday. In our online store: – Items marked "available" are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment receipt. – Items marked "made to order" are available in 3 weeks, as they are produced specifically for the customer. Estimated delivery times from shipment date: – Italy and European Union: 1–2 business days – Other destinations: 4–5 days Deliveries may be delayed during the following holidays: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, the week of August 25, and December 31.

 INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

No additional costs or customs duties apply within the European Union. Customers outside the EU receiving Gallucci products via courier or postal service are solely responsible for customs taxes and duties.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

Upon arrival, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing for delivery. If the box appears tampered with or the tape is not intact, customers should sign the receipt with reservation or refuse delivery. If a package is accepted with an unauthorized signature or shows signs of tampering, customers should immediately notify the carrier and contact Gallucci SRL at shoponline@galluccishoes.it. All customers placing an order enter into a commercial relationship with Gallucci SRL and agree to accept package delivery. If a package is not delivered due to customer error (wrong address, recipient absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the customer's refund.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

Gallucci SRL shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Insurance coverage ends once the shipment reaches its destination.
